Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that helps you bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. A health coach's role is to support you in identifying what matters most to you, setting meaningful goals, and creating small, sustainable changes that fit your life — not someone else’s idea of what wellness should look like.
This isn’t about giving you a meal plan or telling you to exercise more. Instead, we’ll work together to uncover what’s getting in the way of the changes you want to make, build on your strengths, and explore strategies that feel realistic and doable.
My name is Caroline! I am a certified Health Coach and am currently pursuing national board certification, which I expect to complete in the fall of 2025.
My approach is based on balance, realistic progress, and the belief that small, consistent changes can lead to meaningful results. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions — what works for one person may not work for another. Coaching is about figuring out what works for you, not following someone else’s plan.
I believe most people already have what they need to move forward — sometimes they just need a little support to help sort through the noise and take the next step with confidence.
